Hi, hello + a quick note to welcome you to Shortlisted!
I’m thrilled to kick off our first city shortlist with one I update and send regularly to friends and family. Paris is the city I live and work and love in and while there’s a targeted focus on eat + drink, I couldn’t help but include a few bonus shops for you to pop into as well.

Oobatz What started as a popup at Rigamarole making the best pizza (36-hour fermentation! thin! crispy! don’t skip on the house chili oil!) I’ve had in — and out — of Paris has turned into chef Dan Pear recently opening his brick and mortar with natural wine by Sander Chiline and still making, hands down some of the best pizza I’ve had in — and out — of Paris <added to the shortlist July 2024>
